How many 800m runners do tempo paced intervals in a two week period? During indoor my new coaches have had me run 5-6 x 1200's at 4:10-15 with 45-60'' recovery. Do many other 800 runners do this? I have run 1:51 so far this season and I was running 1:55 last year outdoors. It's working, so I know I should not change anything right now, but I am just curious. Thanks!
