I tried it. It was hard. Always felt like the stuffing was getting knocked out of me. I tried to go through the program with a buddy, but he was too big of a coward to commit.
Drew Hunter crushes it. He uses the training.
He was a savage beast !
No one can compare !!!!!!
He relies toon much on heart. I'd prefer a coach who relies on courage or brains.
I used Tinman's training, I 100% think you should try him. I improved a great deal under him, and forever grateful he believed in me as well as some of my teammates. I used his training in high school and I'm in college now, but as soon as I graduate I will be going back to Tinman training. My teammates who used his training found great success, as several of us are running at the collegiate level, including two who are earning significant athletic scholarships to a school with a highly respected track program. If you're not sure what his training is like, poke around on his website therunzone and look at old posts. Nothing he does is crazy, and it's all to "keep the ball rolling." Shoot him an email, I'm sure he'll be of help.
I know about his CV workouts, overall aerobic development and that he advocates not being a "superhero" in workouts. Obviously he believes in consistency, but how long of consistent training did you go through before starting to really improve?

Is there anyone who doesn´t believe in consistency in training?
