I'm into draft legal triathlon.
The past years i have put a lot of hard work in my swim. Even though i spend hours and hours training i haven't improved at all. At this point im just completely done with swimming and tri. This has caused me to consider quitting tri and focussing on running.
I only want to make this switch if i have a shot at somewhat respectable times. with a respectable time i mean a 15:X 5k. At the moment i run a 17:50 of about 20 miles. Is sub 16 a realistic goal (in let's say two years) or would i be better of to just stick with triathlon?
