Hey,I am a 16yr old athlete who trains everyday for past 5 yrs,was training long distance looking to change to 400m Hurdles.
Results Till Now :
200 23.9 / 400m: 51.25 / 800m :2;06 /1500m : 4:24 (Indoor) 3000m : 10:07
5000m : 18:07 (road) 1/2 Marathon : First time when i was 14 year old (1:38:03)
As i have ran a lot of Mileages in the past i am worried if my muscle fiber type have become slow twitch ,Can I be a succesfull 400m Hurdler?
