i recently ran a 800m, i really thought i would have gotten under 2 mins for for but i didn't. I ran 25 at the 200m , 56 at the 400m and then 1:26 at 600m.
its really a encouraging mark though considering this is my first 800 in two years.
I really need some advice on what to do the next time i go out and run or what i should concentrate on in training.
