Ran cross country this past fall: best XC times: 4K time 15:41, 3-miles 19:13, 5K 20:07 under not great conditions (20:40 at Bowdoin Park).
Track PR: 400 61.01 open, 60.5 relay
200: 27.2
100: 13.3
800: not run competitively, yet
Athlete wants to continue with the sprints but would appear more cut out for the 800m. Winter training includes 3 days running and 3 days strength training / lifting. No indoor track program.
