I have never done the incline, but can tell by the way that girl is built that it's not good for truckin' up hill.

I live in Arizona and visit family in Colorado Springs in the spring each year, while I was only around a 32 minute runner on the incline, I do not think anyone could ever run up the incline with 100 pounds. Ever. Maybe walk in an hour or 2 but not 30 minutes. I think that discredits her entire story.

She is a Psycho who had been hit in thr head too much. female UFC fighters are amateurs compared to real athletes. she isn't even that good and she's in a sport that has bottom of the barrel talent.

Just finished my lifting session at the gym. 3 x 15 x 600 lbs on the bench. 5 x 5 x 750 squats. Now I'm off for an evening 10k jog (30 min.) All the haters just don't understand HARD WORK.

This run is tough. My personal best is 27:45. The first 100-150m or so isn't bad as it's around a 15% incline, but after that, it gets super super steep. Personally, I found the "stairs" to actually be a hindrance, rather than running up the steep side of the hill because being only 5'6", my natural leg lift isn't nearly that high between the steps while running, so it becomes more of a power-walk.

That and dodging other people going up slower.

Reminds me of my high school soccer team who all claimed to finish the 2 mile loop in under 10 minutes and always challenged us to a time trial which of course never happened. We measured the loop and it was 1.7 miles!

using 12 breaths/minute (normal breathing speed) we can work out how long she was stationary for.

12 breaths/minute = 1 breath in 5 seconds.

10 breaths = 50 seconds every time she stops.

2744 steps.

70 steps between stops.

2744/70 = 39.2 stops

39.2*50 = 1960 seconds (total time stopped)

1960 seconds = 32 minutes 40 seconds.

So unless she time travelled, her claim about the weight vest is absolute BS.

Actually she beat miesha Tate and was rousey's recent sparring partner (she says)- lot of good that did. That lightweight female UFC is as much about being crazy as anything else so she fits in.

I've run with a weight vest quite a bit. At different weights, stadium steps etc. she claims she would carry her 185 lb training partner up steps on the incline and that she did the whole incline with 100 lbs in that time? She's listed at 135 lbs and makes these claims?

Go to her Facebook page and look at her deadlift(sorta) video: that looks like rogue bumper plates that could 2 55lbs and 2 22 lbs plus a bar at 25 lbs so she is doing like 10 reps at 179/180. If the bar goes 45 then she is basically doing 200lbs. Not bad for a workout and for % of body weight for a lift and for females.

So she claims she can do steps uphill with her 185 lb dead floppy weight training partner?

And the whole incline with 100 lbs?

Maybe with 10 lbs she can do incline but how fast?

No way I see that athlete in her video can do 2200 ft of rise over a mile with 100 lbs.

Even if you could no elite athlete would do that because of the risk of injury.

Rocky Balboa can't do this even but he could catch a chicken.
