I knew a guy who had some sort of breakdown and memory losd and was sectioned.
He did just that, he said I'm going for a run. They thought he was joking but off he went.
The staff legged it after him but he was a pretty decent runner and they couldn't catch him!
It's a brilliant advert especially for all ex athletes. I heard a student devised that advert as well which is pretty impressive.

Video is very cheesy and overwrought. Solid student work but not great.
The call is the 1500m final from 1980 the only interesting question is whether the actor has any connection to either of the East Germans in that race....
Love the Adidas Rom ran in those in 7th grade. I thought it was a great add and very well done. It hit's a little to close to home for some of us. Best to all.

This. It's an offensive ad. And the student wonders why Adidas didn't pick it up. The student should be thankful adidas allows it at all. It puts adidas in a bad light.
