trails vs roads

    Hey guys,

    Just wondering what the difference is in a trail type mile vs a road mile. I know the road mile is faster, just wondering by how much. Tightly packed dirt, its hardened with the cold weather. I guess it could be compared to a farm road? idk

    :03-:05 per mile, if flat and straight

    General rules when running on trails.

    1. Start at 300 kcal/hour and adjust as needed.

    2. Walking breaks every 3 miles.

    3. Changes shoes and socks (or ankle gaiters, at a minimum) every hour.
