First of all, I am 16 years old, 6'0 tall 148lbs. I sometimes jog around my neighborhood for a mile or two and work out with weights occasionally. In P.E we were running 3.0 miles and I gave it around 80% effort and finished in 19:36 way ahead of the rest of the people in my class. Is this a good time for barely any training? Also, I can hold my breath for around 2 minutes off one deep breath and feel fine afterward.
