I'm starting my indoor season next week with an 800 and was wondering what the LetsRun community has to say in terms of predictions over 800/1500.
Past PBs from outdoor season 2015 are 1:54/3:57.
We take a pretty brutal approach to indoor, building base and running xc until the midle of december and then immediately transition into balls to the wall knock yourself out with lactic acid workouts. I'll be using the race next week as a rust buster and hope to peak in about 5 to 6 weeks.
Past workouts/races in december include
10k in 33:15
3x5x200 averaging 27.5 w 2 minutes and 5 minutes rest
5x600 w 5 minutes in 1:39-1:36-1:33-1:30-1:29
