It's the off-season, and I've got a lot of time on my hands to read up on training methodology and technique, and I think I've discovered the holy grail: POSE. What's probably the best thing about it is how easy it is. Anyone can master it quickly. All you have to do is lean forward while you run and gravity/torque pulls you faster and faster so that running becomes a mostly passive activity.
If I ran 26:00 for 8k this fall, how fast do you think my 5k on the track will be this spring if I use POSE?
