Anyone know what age is the limit for a full time student to compete in D2. I got a friend who is 22-23 years old and wants to compete at a D2 school after he transfer from a CC but I think he reaches the age limit . Not to sure.

There is no age limit in D2. It is regulated by semesters used and amateurism.
Cheshrek is almost 30 in D1. So I'm sure that would apply to D2 as well.
