49 miles for the week
-yesterday I was just hoping to run under 16:40 on that course, but ended up with a 10 second 5k pr. each of the first two miles has about 80 feet of elevation gain (with ~20-25 feet of drop), then the last 1.1 miles drop 115 feet. i will probably run one more 5k next weekend on a much flatter course. it may be chilly, ~25 degrees F, but I'll try to go a bit faster. hopefully this will translate into a sub 16 in the spring.
Looking forward to checking out everyone's race results and training this week.
