2 weeks ago i did a 1000m time trial and finished at 2:34, this past week I did a 600m time trial (Splits: 200m- 23seconds, 400m- high 50/low51seconds, 600m- 1:22 low). If I were to stay healthy, and be consistent, what could I possibly run in the 400m & 800m this coming up outdoor season?
