Well one creative way to do this is to watch film(VHS, DVD) of 1500 Meter Running races, pick an athlete in the field or just follow the field in general. When the field Surges you surge, when they slow you slow. Can't hurt your racing strategy either. A good one is the olympic Trials 1500 when web takes off you go as well all the way to the finish line on your stationary bike in your living room! Sweat your house up and get some of those enorphins your craving!
