Yesterday I did my first workout with a 200m jog recovery which was 20x400m. We usually do standing recovery, but i realized that the first lap of the rep (indoor track) felt much more loose, then when u have standing recovery and it seems to take 40-50m to get your legs back.
Anyone who does both types of recovery frequently care to comment on which seems better? Is one better fro injury prevention, or do you recover better with one type, etc.
