This will be my last year of running in high school and would really like to get under 4:40. I was set back 5 months due to a tibial stress fracture. My workouts consists of 12x400m at 70-73 pace, 20x200ms drop downs starting at 36 all the way down to 30 seconds, tempo runs 4-5 miles @5:40-5:50. My training runs are always at 6:40 to 6:50 and usually run 6-8 miles a day. should I change anything up? I also cross train by boxing, and doing calisthenics.
