I just ran a workout today it was a 2k in 6:01 4 Minutes rest and then I ran 5x400 with 1:45 rest in 72, 69, 73, 71, 70 seconds average what type of shape do you think I am in. Also I ran a 26:30 8k for cross country and I average 30 miles a week what can I run on the track in a month also this was in trainers. Thanks.
