I was wanting some peoples input, the original workout I was supposed to do was :
5x 1 mile repeats at (half marathon pace) 2 min between each
5x 400 meters ( 5k pace) 90 sec between each
I ended up doing a lot harder efforts for the 5x 1 mile efforts than I intended.
5 x 1 mile efforts 5:42,5:48,5:33,5:37,5:33 ( with 2.5 min recovery between each)
I did not do any 400 meter repeats because I thought I pushed myself pretty hard.... based on these efforts what does one think my possible half marathon could be, 10k and 5k?
I am a female and really wanting to get into the low 1:20's my current best is 1:23 on a hilly course!
