I was in Asheville, NC for a business conference about a year or so ago and there was one of those "free the nipple" parades and it was the nastiest thing I have seen in a long time.
Even the women in the group I was in were commenting about how unattractive the topless "activists" were. If I am not mistaken, I think it is totally legal in NC for a woman to be topless, so I am not sure why/what they were protesting.
Just a related story.... carry on.

would be much, much worse in the united states of obesity
This doesn't apply to men as well?
Because men can't control themselves

Many states have some laws against topless women.
Interestingly Nevada is one of them and they have areas of legal prostitution.
Most states do not have laws specifically against topless women.
They can use disorderly conduct laws to crack down on bare boobies, though.
If you make it a complete free for all and say it's perfectly fine for women to go topless you still aren't going to get many women to participate.
How would this be disorderly conduct when those laws aren't applied to men equally?
As Mr Tosh pointed out, men have aureolas, nipples, and mammary glands as well. In some cases the mammary glands are less pronounced than in women.

You just shot the messenger.
Because seeing Hillary Clinton topless has got to be a crime against humanity.
