Who you got???
Who you got???
Expect an equally motivated group from Cuse XC:
BC Men will be top 10!
Wake Forest will not be last. Mark my words. Take them lightly at your own expense, Syracuse.
1.George Parsons
2.Justyn knight
Miami will dominate! The UUU!ðŸ–🖑

Upset if Parsons is even top 5
I love that Dino Babers video. Cuse is on target.
papajs - who do you have as your top 5 than?
UofL going to debut two new Kenyans similar to situation last year. They are legit. Still missing a 5th but I expect them to have 4 in the top 10.
I doubt that. I think they will finish in the double digits with their current 3-4-5, which averaged 26:12 at Pre-nats. The 2 low sticks wont have as much as an affect in a 15 team race. Sad for a team that was 7th in the country last year.
Team Prediction:
Women:
1. NC St
2. Notre Dame
3. Syracuse
4. UVA
5. Va Tech
Men:
1. Syracuse
2. NC St
3. UVA
4. Louisville
5. Fla St

Am I missing something? NC State Men just got killed at Wisconsin. Over a minute spread from their 1st to 2nd guy. UVA and VA Tech should kill them. Looks on paper like the ACC will only get 2-3 school on the mens side to NCAA's. Down year for sure.

Totally agree.
Individual winners are Justin Knight and Anna Rohrer.
No debate, NC State men had a terrible showing at Wisco. If they perform like that at ACC's UVA and Va Tech will be well in front. Home course along with some runners coming into form later in the season will be key.
For nationals, Syracuse is a lock. Louisville, UVA (home course for regionals), VA Tech and NC State will need to step up there game to get to Nationals. Still could see three ACC teams including Syracuse making nationals.
What are your predictions for ACC's?

I have no predictions for men's individual winner. There is no clear favorite and it is impossible to guess.
Hah- jk.
