What the f***s ur problem kid? Reading your stupid posts makes me think you are an enormous brat and that you should be the last person to say that another athlete sucks! If I were you I'd kill myself for sucking really hard at life.

1. You are either a troll or a complete RETARD.
2. She's f***ing NINE years old, you say? You don't think she has PLENTY of running years ahead of her?
3. If you are for real, you need to go seek help before you turn into Dr. Jeckyll/Mr. Hyde.
a dyke probably wouldn't be as f***ing weird
When I was a 14 years old I could barely finish a mile and ran it in like 8:30. My pr in the mile is 4:36. that was 6 years later and I wasn't even training for middle f***in distance. I was a sprinter. Surely a 9 year old who runs a 12:00 mile can run 6:00 by the time she's a senior 8 years later if she works hard. She's f***ing 9 for crying out loud. Don't be such a total bitch.
At this point, I'm gonna assume that you are either joking about all of this or you are mentally disturbed. but in case you are serious...as a matter of fact, yes I was the fastest in my high school(in the sprints). the fastest ever according to the record books. but did i ever go around telling little kids they can't do something? hell no. you can never tell what a kid can and can't do. especially when they are only nine f***in years old. again, you are a total bitch with a warped ego. let me know when you win a gold medal and get a ph.d. in exercise science.
my sisterr is 9 years old and ran in a gym mile last week. she ran 12:00. now being a runner, I know this to be terrible. she was all excited, and wants to get her time cut in half, down to six minutes someday. i know there is no way. I try telling her that, but she refuses to believe me, she keeps training for it. i keep telling her until i finally get mad and yell, because it upsets me. she usually ends up crying and telling my parnts and get mad at me. speaking of my parnts, they dont help me, they encrage her to run, and even bought her a new pair of running shoes!!!!!!!!!! its just a waste of time and money money i could have used for new shoes. how do i convince her so later shes not upset when she knows she cant do it? i dont want to get in trouble though eiter. whats an easy way to convince her?
Maybe you shouldn't be so mean to her and encourage her to keep running. One must crawl before they walk.

1. You are a troll
2. You are a troll with atrocious spelling
3. Your "sister" can probably kick your ass
no, shes can't kick my ***. I can run a 6:07 mile. that is why i don't think she can run 6 because she is not better than me!!!!!!!!!
why do you think your sister wont run a 6min mile?? it's not as if she wants to do it within the next year, is it? it sounds like it's something she has her mind set on. try to encourage her a bit. help her achieve her dream. a 6min mile is a very achievable goal for anyone no matter how unfit they are. the training will only benefit her.
I am assuming a couple of things: 1) You are an older (high school or middle school) sister; 2) You are currently on the track team. Having two daughters myself, I can tell you one thing for certain: The more you try to discourage your younger sibling, the harder she will work to prove you wrong or annoy you. It's a shame that you can't be supportive of your nine year old sister. Your parents buying her shoes is their way of showing support. Did they buy you shoes at the beginning of your running career? Or are you some pathetic teenager suffering from Cinderella syndrome?
i ran over 13 minutes in the mile when i was 13... now senior in college and recently ran 5:35. i just needed to get in shape... ps i am a girl, obviously
6 minutes really isnt that good for girls...so sure she can do it. It will probably take her until HS. Plus...with a name like "pre", how can you not run a 6 minute mile. Tool.
Who the hell tries to discourage their 9 year old sister? or even worse consults a message board to do it. you should be giving her tips not trying to hold her back.
I think you need to encourage her. She can certainly run a six minute mile sometime after her 18th birthday if not earlier. just encourage her. It all starts in the mind and she has the right mindset.
a 6min mile for a girl would be like a 5:15 mile for a guy, so it is not that hard with some good training, but you have to show a hint of talent too.
when I was nine I finished 211 out of 214 in a county cross country meet, I swore I would never run again cuz I sucked. then I started running to get in shape for baseball, long story short I now run sub 3:50 1500 and sub 8 for 3k... anything is possible don't be such a dick and I also was the alternate for the world cross country team.

This kid is hilarious!!! This is a joke right? Good stuff.
Don't hate on your sis just becuase your own mile time sucks ass.
I hope this is a joke.
1. You are telling your nine yr old sister not to do something she likes.
2. You can´t even break six in the mile, but you put tell your little sister she sucks.
