I am 14 and these are my current PB's: 55.60 and 2:14.80, respectively. Below are some of my recent sessions.
Sunday: 1x300m, 60 second recovery and then 100n flat out. 39.50 and 13.98.
15 minutes break.
1x250m, 60 second recovery and then 150m flat out. 34.48 and 19.52.
15 minutes break.
1x200m, 60 second recovery and then another 200m flat out. 27.8 and 26.4.
Monday: 1x1000m, 1x800m, 1x600m, 1x400m, and 1x200m. There was 2 minutes break and the times were 3:16, 2:43, 1:50, 1:12, and 28.3, respectively. It felt hard after the 1000m.
Wednesday: 3x5 200m with 30 secs recovery. 5 minutes between sets.
Set one: 30, 30, 30, 31, and 32.
Set two: 30, 31, 31, 30, and 32.
Set three: 30, 30, 32, 32, and 33.
I had nothing left on the last set. Do you think I could potentially run a pb in either event?
