What are the recruiting standards for MIT? Specifically for the 1600, 3200, steeple, and 5k xc?

You probably don't have the academic chops to get in.
I don't feel I'm very smart, but I have a 4.0 unweighted gpa while taking 10 APs and have a 1570 SAT score (800 math). I also have 800s on both my subject tests (math 2, chem). I hope I am sufficiently academically competitive for MIT. In order to be a successful runner and athlete, I believe one has to be hard working and determined. I believe I am both hard working and determined.
4:10
8:45
15:15
Off of 45-60 mpw.
That's awfully fast. I've run 9:4x for 3200m last Spring.

Correct mindset. Contact the coaches and see what they say.

You got 1570 out of 2400 on the SAT?
You're just a dumb troll haha.
I was informed he's looking for 9:40 3200, 10:00 steeple, & 16:15 5k xc, but the website says 9:25 3200. However, it does say 9:45 3200 for recruits. Does that mean it's safe to say MIT will give an admissions boost (given that I'm academically qualified ofc) if I've run 9:45 or faster? Also, does MIT really recruit? Or is it just more of an encouragement by the coach? I want to know if contacting the coach significantly affects admission rate.
Lol I meant on the new SAT.

So what the "new" SAT is out of 2400. You got 1570 LOL.
Bro you outed yourself as a troll over the age of 20.
You're response to my comment about not having the academics triggered you and you overshot. Better luck new let time.
The new SAT is out of 1600 though. I'm in HS, too.
You have a similar academic background to many people who apply.
These standards (Example: 9:25 3200m) seem really fast for a D3 school. Also, the coach told me he wants me to contact him when I've ran 9:40 for the 3200. I've ran close to, but not quite, 9:40 for the 3200.

That's likely the time where they will actually go to bat for you as far as getting accepted. They don't give athletic scholarships, so they would like a 9:40 guy. Just run fast, contact him and make the team. Their walk-on time is 9:45, so get under that.
Also, MIT gives great aid based on need. Go for it.
Yeah I'm applying this year and have ran ~9:45. I'm definitely going for it, but I want to know if the coach will support me in admissions. I've also done scientific research in my major if that helps. Cost isn't an issue due to MIT's great financial aid office.
Many years ago I competed XC against MIT several times. I'm not sure how they are now but in the early 2000s they won most meets they entered. Yes, they're a D3 school, but had a very strong running program.
Oh, and I had academic chops similar to the op back in the day and I was waitlisted at MIT. Instead enrolled at a different engineering school in the bay state and was very happy.
WPI?
I've known both MIT and WPI undergrads. WPI are much happier. Less pressure but still great education. They make plenty of money out of school and many go to MIT for grad school anyway.
I've heard that several times. WPI for undergrad then MIT for grad.
At many academically rigorous D3 schools, the coaches can help with admissions, but it helps if you they really know you, beyond simply the times you ran. Do you love running? Are you passionate about it? Will you be a good teammate? Are you coachable? Do you have leadership abilities? It is best if you can visit and meet the coach in person. Show them who you are, what you care about, what you like about running and racing. So email, or call, or visit.
More like Berkeley/MIT/Stanford mix those lovey yum yum.
