Can one properly train and recover with a job that has hours of 3pm-12 am Tuesday through Saturday (sun mon off)? This is like a bar tender type hours or a waitress though this job could potentially be production or warehouse oriented.
That leaves Sunday or Monday for long run and races. Seems tricky.
This would also be in Portland OR.
Can it be done? How would you train? Gym, late night runs, mid day runs?
