I ran 16.47 (hand time, no blocks) for 150m, what can I run my 400 in?

Somewhere on youtube there is a clip about running 400m under fifty seconds, the guy talks about a session of 3x150m in 16s or better is necessary. I do know that you have to be able to run 23-low for 200m or better.
Difficult to say. This is probably worth a 22.5 (hand timed) 200m at worst and a 22.0 at best so I'd say you could run in the 22.5-22.7 range for a 200m. This could well translate to a 49-50 400m but this depends on your speed endurance. If you come from the 100m you could even run 52-53.
50.6 ish
Hand timed by who?
You
Friend
Coach
Your mum
Huge differences the
Could be as slow as 17.5
That would likely yield 51/53 depending on fitness and level of se1/2 strength

Hand time by coach. I'm a 800/mile guy dropping down because we wont have enough guys to run the 4x4 this year.
ok, so hand time always add circa 0.5 due to reactions of yourself moving and the coach seeing/starting the watch etc
17.0 ish equates to about 23.3 ... give or take
you're coming from the longer spectrum so will hold better than most (I assume)
Ill give you a relay split of 50.3
that's from experience as a 4 runner and coach

Ok, you ran 15 seconds. Who cares.
Next time run 400 m and find an answer to your rather unimportant question. All I know is that you can finish a 150. I don't even know if you can finish a 200.
Go out and run one. I will be surprised if you can run 55 seconds.

This is either false or I was a LOT faster at the 200m than I was ever recorded. I ran 49.7 in an all-comers meet - no blocks - but never ran under 24 for the 200m that I can recall.
I'd say 51.0 or so.
An 800 guy with 16.5 150m speed, even if hand timed, should break 50 or at least approach it.
