Just did a session of 8 miles at 5:40 pace, felt like a tempo effort and could of ran 1 or 2 miles more.
Been doing 60-70 miles a week with long runs up to 16 miles and sessions such as 5x 1 mile at 5:20-5:25 pace with 2 minutes recovery, 8x600s in 1:48 with 90s recovery, recent 10k in 33:48.
