I'm looking to break 20 and have ran close and can't come close to that workout. Workout looks pretty sick!!!
My 5k session was 5x1k / 1min rest. The average pace of the intervals was 3.06avg, and race avg a couple of weeks after 3.08 per km. You almost ran as much in that session (4800m) but did it by 800´s, so I predict 16.35, but it depends how good your lactate threshold is. Higher LT allows you to run the 5k at higher % of your VO2max. So I´m just guessing.
