Hey all. Im looking at advice on ideal weight for a competitive high school runner. I'm 17, 5ft9 and weigh between 145-148. I feel like this is too heavy, and as if it would be better to be down in the mid to high 130s weight range? I run around 75 mpw and drink a ton of water. Don't go near soda and don't drink alcohol often. Eat heaps of fruit and vege and plenty of red meat. Is my current weight ideal or should i be looking at getting it down, and if so, any advice on doing this? Thanks team.
