How can I train for these events and achieve my goals? I'm a 13 year old junior HS runner. I'm very small for my age (145cm,34kg) so I can't handle too much training. I do about 30km a week in season. Does anyone have any great sessions, tips and ideas to help my achieve my goals? Thanks
