    Based on the rapid nature in which the US Army's facilitated US citizenship & subsequent subsidized F/T training for its athletes ( I mean soldiers) via the WCAP, Lilesa's provided his aspirational way-ahead to avoid domestic terrorist attack from his government & earn a spot for Tokyo.
