I'm not sure if I should root for him in London so he has the most confidence that he can still win, or root against him so he goes Ezekiel Kemboi with #purehate in 2020.

It would be awesome to see him "move up" and go for the 400 WR. Doubt he will though and not sure he could do it anymore even if he did.

Would have been nice to see before, but his best chance is behind him. Also think its possible that Van Neikerk takes it down a little at which point it will be out of reach.
Lame. Sick of this fake "retirement" crap. Hope WADA catches him by then.
Pure speculation.
The link provided is nothing but speculation from someone who knows absolutely nothing beyond common public knowledge of Bolt. Not a single word or indication coming from Bolt about unretiring.
Worthless drivel.
Bolt is never running the 200 again because he is afraid he will lose to niekirk

Yep, just clickbait. Disgusting article. A lot of interviews with bolt seem to show he is sick of the training. Doubt he will come back after 2017.
Bolt is moving all the way up to the 1500 to prove the 5:00-mile naysayers wrong. Look out, Centro, Bolt is gonna tap that a$$.
Phelps will win 3x the number of medals as Bolt in Tokyo.
0 x 3 = 0I agree

Yea, this guy is well known for trash articles. He has no clue.

Hopefully the Zika virus doesn't disable him.

It would be smart if he did. All of that Toyko advertising dollars just waiting the next 4 years...
He should just move to Germany, by his doctor's. Get Puma to pay for all the indoor training areas, physios, "doctors." Get a dentist, and party like crazy half the year.
Maybe Coe told him "Enjoy it, you're free ride is over. This is your last Olympics, and '17 is your retirement tour."
He's a nice cartoon.
What a piece of cr*p article. Your typical US sports "journalist" that doesn't know anything ánd doesn't want to know anything.
Bolt is most likely nót going to run in London. The man has had enough and is tired of it all. He's at 9.8 right now, with injuries since 2012. You really think that he'll risk a loss in London? No way in hell. That whole London story is because of a big pay check from the organizers to be allowed to use his name and sell tickets with it. Nothing more, nothing less. Expect a 'carreer ending injury' come June next year. We've seen the last of him and to be frank: I'm glad. The whole circus around someone running 9.8 and 19.8 is getting old.

That is a great point. The 400 is staying fast, yet the short sprints are not. With James in 2012 and Van Neikerk in 2016, that's two people that are younger and probably going to be better than Bolt in 2020.
In the short sprints, if De Grasse isn't looking amazing in 2017, someone else will need to step up to be better than a 33 year old Bolt.

Hello, mods?! You alive? Ban this kid before it lays eggs
Still not convinced Bolt is that good.

Lol, thanks for that, I'll steer clear of his articles in the future. Amazing guys like that can find a paycheck.
