i've recently tryed front food striking but i ended up running bad it aint a big difference.I only have to lower my foot.The place where i land is practicly the same as when heel first.
but is it possible if you're lower legs arent as long as your uper legs that landing under your boddy happens with the heels i land almost straight under my boddy(so i asume my style is quite good) with my insoles and its heel first.
not a long touch with the heel but still hits first heel.
So is it just the style or just the way to be when running slower then 100 yards.
Are there any good runners who land heel first with normal shoes also maybe even better are there any milers who landed heel first?
