She 100% absolutely did and it was clear on the replay. Knocked it with her thigh on the way up.

And apparently are blind as well.

She had cleared it just was too close to the bar and brushed it on the way down with her thigh.

I'm with you. I played it back frame by frame and at no time did she make any contact with the bar! I was wondering what else would have caused it to fall?

That bar fell off so slowly, that Sandy could have pushed it back with her hand, very exciting finish.

"Voltzing" is not allowed any longer in the pole vault.

If you watch even more closely, you will see the bar ejaculating and blowing a sizable load heavenwards. There was no way it could stay on without Jesus' say-so. Jesus clearly not loving Sandi Morris, unlike other US athletes.
