English ist not my first language, so I hope you understand my question:
I ran repetitions of 10x 280 metres with 7 metres difference of altitude from start to finsh. (measured exactly)
I am running on a street (little traffic) with a good surface and 2,5% elevation from start to finish.
How much do you think is that equal to, if it was flat?
A famous running calculator in my country says +6m for every high metre, but I think that is way to much, if you have a good stride.
I would maybe say somewhere between 4-5 m per metre up? (without going the metre back down, like on a loop)
So would be like 310m?
