I was at ustf and the pics I just saw reminded me: does S Culpepper do lower body squats? I know she has changed things up since working with her new coach but she looks so strong. Also, Tomey and Harrelson (I know she has started working with JJ Clark) also look like they do alot of squats. Perfect form and cut. All three look very fit. Is lower body squats good for female middle/long distance runners? Do alot of the top male runners do squats? Webb, El G, Bekele, Geb?
