Lol no chance. He didn't even pass Bolt when he sped up and Bolt jogged
I wouldn't be all that surprised. After the semi, I was thinking about Joe DeLoach beating Carl Lewis in 1988 and thought maybe a similar upset could happen here.
But I'm still giving Bolt 60-40.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

More likely Andre spent his wad in the prelims and won't even medal. That's what Bolt was trying to tell him.

More like Bolt spending his wad. Bolt isn't the spry young 21 year old we saw in Beijing 08. 19.78 is his fastest championship semi to date and he's nowhere near his 2008/2009/2012 shape. DeGrasse the younger will take this one by the slimmest of margins.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Whether I'm right or wrong, it should be a great race.
Whatever happens, no US runner is going to win any more gold medals outside the relays. That w110h gold is the only one and that's how it will stay.
Russians banned, Kenyans detoxed and still ONE gold medal ha ha ha
suck it Nike
Bolt runs 18.93, but doesn't podium. You read it here first.

This. A prediction only counts if you make it under an established handle.

No, a prediction only counts on the measure of its accuracy. If I'm right, I deserve credit for being right. If Im wrong, you guys can make your typica lame behind comments ridiculing my prediction. It's that simple. :D
Bolt's jogfests are done. DeGrasse FTW!

Just curious how Bolt has shown any true cracks in his armor in Rio? Degrasse sets a Canadian record and you assume he's going to run another HUGE record in the final and just dust Bolt?? You don't think Usain has anything more to give?
I wouldn't bet against Usain.

Of course I think Bolt has more to give, I just don't think it'll be enough to hold off the young man DeGrasse this time around.
Bolt is nowhere near WR fit which makes him vulnerable to someone like Andre.
Plus, everyone always bets on Bolt. That's boring.
Bolt will run 19.3x to 19.4x and win. Bookmark what I just wrote.
Degrasse in 19.78 new record.
Meritt in 19.82
Easiest 200m race to predict since I just saw the future hehe.

I agree. Bolt may be adding to his silver medal collection.

Markham is part of Toronto De Grasse is from. Bolt said in an interview that De Grasse was stupid to go that fast. De Grasse said in an interview that his coach told him to push Bolt to tire him out, since he is much younger than Bolt he can recover better for the final.
Bolt seems to be on a different level however.

Spot on like most of The Bad's predictions/assessments.
Correct for 1 hour? Or 2?

Absolutely no way!
DeGrasse caught up to Bolt when he was clearly easing up. Since the last 20 or 30 meters in a 200m is what puts the latic acid in your legs, what DeGrasse has done is inure Bolt want be able to run a crazy time in the finals. However, Bolt will have no problem winning. Basically, all DeGrasse did was pull on Superman's cape.
