Knowing the Chicago Marathon staff, they will catch you. Maybe not pre-run, but definitely during their results review.
No they will not dq you or anyone involved. The past 2 years the top Illinois womans winners, who are part of the local New Balance racing team, were paced by a member of the male NB racing team that were using bibs that belong to other runners.
