He probably depressed. He tried for 8 years an never got sn oly medal. Wasn't even close.
He couldn't even give him a congrats on twitter.
What does David Torrence think? Simpson? Letsrun fanboys?
He did tweet a congrats...while stealing the graphic.
He seems to always have liked Clayton after Clayton moved up last year to go to Beijing in replacement of Symmonds.
I don't see Symmonds hate on anyone except IOC/USATF/Cap.
Keep in mind Symmonds ran 1:42.9 in London but got 5th in that wild race so he's probably happy this race was semi-normal and an American medaled.
I'm not sure of his thoughts but am sure of John Capriotti's thoughts. He's laughing his ass off - glad he didn't re-sign Nick or Berian.
I think what they may fail to understand is that the resentment they are building up against Nike is damaging to their brand.
Symmonds thinks it's time for a beer mile.

what an a s s h o l e statement.
Nike unjustly sued Berian and you think that its great that capriotti is laughing is fat ass off?
That may have passed him by, too. Corey Bellemore is in another league, after his WR runs in Windsor and London. http://www.trackie.com/track-and-field/TrackieTV/new-beer-mile-world-record-mudstacle-tv-at-the-world-classic-16/6847/

What a dumb statement. Rojo said Cap is glad, not that he, Rojo, is glad.
I say this as someone who lives to mock the brojos.

Uhhh, did you completely miss the second part of rojo's post? He clearly doesn't think it is great; he is just stating his observations.
Anyway, I bet Symmonds will feel like taking just a tiny bit of credit for Murphy's success this year - when Nick didn't go to the WC's last year, Murphy got some valuable experience in that sort of atmosphere.

His handle would probably be Buck Knight or something clever-er.
