nah. phelps is better at swimming than he is at running. but there are more important things than being able to run or swim fast.
Not underestimating the hard work he puts in, but the commitment for achieving success in the longer distances is lot more impressive. He himself admitted he's not wiling to put the effort to train for a 400m world record.

However his 100m was impressive, nobody would believe by halfway he would win, if you say otherwise you're a liar.
