I am curious if somebody could tell us what Pappas ran for 9.2k, I am curious how close she was to being lapped twice. Had to have been within a few seconds?

I actually wish more athletes were like she is *trying* to be. She gets hate because she comes across as self centered and self involved.
But I'll agree it is probably more animosity than she deserves. At least she is trying to succeed in multiple avenues, even if it comes across as too self-congratulatory a lot of the time. I suppose that is better than having no personality.

She's an attention whore drawing attention away from more accomplished athletes. She abused the citizenship process to become a phony plastic Greek only for self gain, claiming it was to inspire the Greek children. She claims to be a "world-class" filmmaker but that is a complete lie as she has produced only student quality films at minor festivals. Oh she competes clean as far as we know, Ayana and Huddle are also clean as far as we know and they lapped her and have much more interesting personal lives. Ask the Oregon track club former teammates who kicked her out of the club what they think of her. I hate anyone who abuses the citizenship process to compete in the Olympics for a country whose language they can't even speak, hate attention whores, and hate liars, they should be ostracized from the sport and forgotten.
