oh, come on. I'm sure he was just in the shower (he's a very clean young man) or listening to his music far too loudly. you're being racist for insinuating anything otherwise.
The article in a nutshell: he missed three tests, has probably no excuse, but still has until 18 August to defend himself (deadline set by the IAAF). So he will run at least until this date at the Olympics. (The 1500m heats are on 17 August.)
Even if the music was too loudly, you can see your cellphone and the calls of the testers.
Also the testers can wait some minutes in case of people listening the music/don't hearing the doorbell:)
