Been running for 3 months now, really enjoy it for its own sake but find improving my times worthwhile too.
Was just wondering if my progression is decent or potentially indicates problems in how I approach training?
It'd be an absolute dream to go substantially under 5 for the mile, sub 17 for 5k and mid 30's for 10k, though I'm fully aware those are tough times and not everyone is capable of doing them.
I'm 23 and male btw

Now: 20:45-21:00

Then: 3:10ish
Now: 2:40-2:45

Then: 80-85 seconds
Now: 67-69 seconds
Been running 10 - 17 miles per week, mostly easy 3 - 6 mile runs with a tempo run once every week and a track workout once in a while.
