Taking the races aside (Rupp's was much better) who's workout was more impressive. I know Rupp had much more of a workout but his 4:15.6 1600 average is not even close to a 1:47.9 or 1:49.3. Those times are equivalent to 3:56.1 and 3:59.2 for 1600 using age grading. I'd still go with Rupp's because his race was much more demanding and he had that 4:01 at the end. Thoughts?
