Letsrunners,
I want to see what you guys think, what would you all say the worst-best sports are for your general health and where does distance running fit in? I always thought high level distance running was super hard on your body (more so than some other sports) but i want to see what you guys think.
For the sake of this assume that we are talking about serious athletes in each of the sports who are competing at the highest level.
For me i think the worst sports for your health are marathon+ distance running and probably gymnastics.
