Averaged 1:47, which is roughly 2:58/km pace, got a mile race next week, could I run under 4:45 for the mile based off this workout? Help is appreciated thanks.

Bump
Yes you should go out at 445 pace.
I love 600s in a v02 workout for developing runners as 800s, 1000, and 1200s are often too difficult. If you did 8 and had 2 minutes rest I'd say you're certainly ready, 6 with 3 minutes rest you can do it but the pacing needs to be spot on.
