FuAARKK. That is an above-ground nuclear test!
Time to restart the Goodwill games.
The IOC has not yet officially made any decision.
The Daily Mail is going out on a limb...? Usually these leaks end up being legit.

I predict a soft ban. Most athletes will attend. Probably some crazy 'these athletes are real clean because we said so..' no mention or visual cue they are Russian on the broadcast...
Issi is going to be pissy
Zyzz brah!
From a basic "human rights" point of view, this is very bad. This is "Guilt by Association," and I am totally against it.
Every single athlete, me, you and everyone else, in every country around the world, has a unique story to tell, and each of the Russians do as well.
Test the bejesus out of them, making them pee in a bottle every single day, take 1cc of blood every single day, search their belongings every single day, make them subject to the strictest anti-doping, searching and surveillance procedures that have every been imagined for a sporting competition, but LET THE CLEAN ONES COMPETE!!!
They should ban the entire Kenyan and Jamaican teams as well...
There will also be no need to do a chromosome test to determine if she is female. That will save money on testing.
Win. Win.

Never underestimate the level of corruption inside the IOC.
