Reading over the new legislation that the Rules Panel has approved, I'm left with a big question. Here's the wording in the release:
"The minimum requirement for participation is two teams, with a person representing each team in each event."
Now, does that mean that EVERY team in attendance must have a person in every event or does that mean that there must be two teams that have a person in each event and the remainder of teams can have as many or few in each event as they'd like??
Obviously this could have massive implications for meets such at Mt SAC and Stanford...
