Sara Hall in her post-race comments said buff husband Ryan ran a 5k today and that, "He can still throwdown".
Ryan went sub 16 while pacing his daughters on a few laps and will do another one Sunday.

Let's see my local 4th 5K was just won in 14:58, so....yeah Ryan Hall would have finished out of the money in 3rd or 4th...these aren't pros or former pros either.
